We have created a path for riders looking to make the leap into professional cycling, who confronted by a multitude of barriers. SCA aims to remove obstacles where possible and help turn dreams into reality, creating this pathway is no mean feat but with clear direction, resources and a world-class performance culture, no mountain is too high.

On the highway to success there will only be hard work behind all achievement of successes. No mission is possible without the strategy needed to effect it. With the right mentoring and a carefully planned development and racing schedule, the Academy is an enabling factor that transforms riders into their best self. By acting as an intermediary between amateur ranks and the highest level, SCA seeks to benefit not only the riders but the wider sporting community
